  • I'm not ready to book, how do I find out more information and get a quote?
    If you pop through a booking enquiry form, I can email through all the information on the big bubble magic I can share at your event including the requirements and a quote.
  • What happens if it's forecast to rain and I've booked an outdoor event?
    With my sparkly raincoat in tow, the show must go on! I am always ready to perform, rain or shine. My bubbles also do surprisingly well in the rain because it's more humid, sometimes the bubbles even linger in the air longer. For Outdoor Bubble Birthday Parties, given there is at least 3 days notice, I can offer my Indoor Bubble Birthday Party if there's a draft-free indoor area available. As this is Melbourne, it is always a good idea to have a back up plan for your party incase of rain.
  • Can you travel for a booking?
    Yes! A travel allowance will be added to the quote for events within Victoria that are over 35kms from Melbourne CBD. For locations within Victoria that are 3hrs or more travel time outside of Melbourne, accommodation will need to be organised for the performer to ensure they are well rested for both the drive and for delivering the best possible experience at the event. For interstate and international events, flights, transport and accommodation will need to be provided.
  • Do you have Public Liability Insurance and Working With Children Check?
    Yes, I have both Public Liability Insurance and a Working With Children Check and can provide them upon request.
  • I want to host an Outdoor Bubble Birthday Party in my backyard but it doesn't meet the requirements. Is this okay?
    Unfortunately no. The requirements outlined for each service are essential to ensuring the session runs smoothly and safely. If your backyard doesn't meet the space requirements or doesn't have a large enough grass surface with nothing hanging overhead, parks are the perfect space to host an Outdoor Bubble Birthday Party as they give plenty of space for the GIANT bubbles to be created and enough room for the children to chase and create them.
  • Can you perform the Kids/People Inside Bubbles activity outside?
    Unfortunately no. It is essential that this activity takes place indoors in a draft free environment as having any sort of wind blowing at the giant bubbles will cause them to instantly pop on the person inside making the activity impossible to perform.
  • Can you perform the GIANT Bubble Show on a non grass surface?
    Yes! Provided arrangements have been discussed in advance, the GIANT Bubble Show can take place on other surfaces besides grass. The event will be required to provide bollards and rope/tape to cordon off the performance space in order to seperate the audience from the area which will become slippery from dripping bubble wands and keep the area taped off until the surface drys.
  • What time will the performer arrive for set up?
    For Bubble Birthday Parties, the performer will arrive 30min beforehand to unload their props and enter the party 10mins prior to the start time to set up. For all other events, this time will vary depending on factors like accessibility to the performance area, whether a green room for getting into costume is required, the need to sign in to an event etc
  • I have invited more than 30 children to a birthday party, is this okay?
    Our Bubble Birthday Parties cater to up to 30 children max in order to ensure the activities run smoothly and safely for both the performer and the participants. Any extra participants over this maximum capacity allowance will encure an additional fee.
  • How do I make a booking?
    Booking is easy! Simply click on a "Book Now" button, fill out the booking enquiry form with all the necessary details and our team will review your request and get in touch with you via the email address provided to discuss further details.
  • I have submitted a booking enquiry form, what now?
    Once we review your enquiry and check availability for your event date, we will respond via the email address provided with all the information on the big bubble magic we can share for your event including a quote.
  • How far in advance should I book a bubble performer for my event?
    It's always a good idea to book a bubble performer as early as possible to secure your desired date and time. Popular dates and peak event seasons tend to fill up quickly. We recommend booking at least a month in advance, but if you have a specific date in mind, it's best to reach out and enquire about availability as soon as you can.
  • How do I secure a date?
    A date can only be held when a deposit is made. For Bubble Birthday Party bookings, payment is required in full to secure a date. For all other events, a 50% deposit is required. Availabilities for particular dates can change quickly so in order to avoid disappointment, it is highly recommended that you respond quickly to emails and finalise the booking process with payment as promptly as possible to lock in a date.
  • What if I want to cancel a booking?
    If a booking is canceled for any reason by the holder, the deposit will be forfeited in order to cover admin costs and loss of other potential bookings for the secured date.
  • Can I adjust the start time or change the date after I have made a booking?
    Unfortunately because your performer has made themselves unavailable to other booking enquiries for your event, the date can not be changed. However, provided there are no other bookings that day for the performer that interfere with the changes you wish to make to the start time, you can make an adjustment.
